How the realistic male doll was made
The creation of the Taji doll head involved cutting-edge technology and precise craftsmanship. The result is a remarkably realistic representation of Taji Ameen that captures every facial detail.
First, we obtained Taji’s head photos from multiple angles as design references. We communicated with the project team to confirm the image of Taji they needed, such as which facial features needed to be highlighted and which ones needed to be beautified. Then, upon request, the sculptor made clay sculptures based on the photos to restore Taji’s facial features as faithfully as possible. This process lasted three months before the head sculpt was finally finalized.

After the sculpture is confirmed, the head enters the production process. The factory makes a model based on the designed head sculpture, optimizes the display of the sculpture design on the head sculpture model, and performs final mold making. This process lasted two months.

After the head mold is completed, the doll officially enters production. Perhaps for ease of handling, the project team chose a silicone realistic male doll slightly shorter than Taji, with a height of 170cm. In the production of silicone doll, the decorations on the doll’s appearance significantly impact the authenticity of the finished product. The factory’s production staff specially procured curly hair similar to Taji’s for implantation and tried to replicate body hair distribution as accurately as possible.

While the Taji doll may not be a replica of Taji’s physique, its realism will astound you. Crafted with meticulous detail, Irontech Doll utilizes silicone, an ideal material for artistic painting, to capture every nuance of skin texture. This male doll boasts sculpted abdominal muscles and biceps, evoking the image of a youthful, athletic man. As an added feature, you can choose the penis you want.
