How is ULW Achieved?
ULW reduces weight through a highly controlled manufacturing process designed to preserve familiar touch, reliable durability, and structural stability. The process includes ultra-slow pouring, five-zone control, dual-technician monitoring, triple endoscope inspection, and 1–2 hours of dedicated craftsmanship.

- Knee articulation, sitting, kneeling, and full split positions

Extreme Tests
- Full split position held for over 2 hours

Thigh Folding Test
Fold the thighs toward the torso to the maximum range 20 times, then hold the fully folded position for 1.5 hours.
Durability Test
Maintained for up to 12 consecutive hours to simulate the intensity of real-world use.
Knee Joint Flexion Test
Bend each knee to its maximum range 30 times, then maintain the fully bent position for 12 consecutive hours.
Foam Tear Resistance
Raise both arms to their maximum range 30 times, then hold them continuously at the limit position.
