Irontech Doll Sex Doll Skeleton - Body / Hand / Toe Skeleton

A realistic sex doll relies on a precise and high-quality skeleton. Whether it’s the dexterity of the fingers, the elegance of the body’s posture, or the subtle movements of the toes, all are closely related to skeleton design. When choosing a sex doll, the quality of the skeleton is also a crucial factor. Especially for poseable full-body sex dolls, once the skeleton breaks, the consequences are often disastrous, affecting the overall user experience.

Irontech Doll uses high-strength 201 stainless steel and wear-resistant manganese steel alloy washers for skeleton materials, combined with precision assembly techniques, ensuring that the skeleton is sturdy and reliable, joints move smoothly, and it offers both stability and durability.

At the same time, Irontech Doll offers a variety of hand, body, and toe skeleton configurations to meet users’ different functional and experiential needs. Below, we will introduce Irontech Doll’s sex doll skeleton designs in detail to help you better understand, select, and maintain your sex doll.

1. Hand Skeleton

As the name suggests, the hand skeleton refers to the internal skeleton structure embedded in the doll’s palms and fingers, used to support and control hand movements. An excellent finger skeleton should have the following features:

  • High Flexibility: Greater flexibility allows for more movements.
  • Good Anti-Puncture Performance: Prevents the finger bones from puncturing the sex doll’s skin when doing Doggy Style or other poses with hands on the ground.
  • Smooth Operation: Joints can be bent easily and smoothly, and maintain posture without sagging or automatically springing back.
  • Strong Durability: The structure is stable and not easy to loosen, fall apart, or deform.

Based on different needs, Irontech Doll has developed multiple types of finger skeletons over the years. The main ones currently are GraceJoint, Articulated Finger Joints, and Copper Wire.

GraceJoint

1.1 GraceJoint

This is Irontech Doll’s latest bionic finger skeleton, offering extremely high flexibility. It is currently used in the Oriental Series and has the following features and advantages:

  • Bionic Finger Design: Modeled after real human bone structure, providing finger shapes and movements close to reality.
  • 23 Movable Joints: Significantly improves finger flexibility and range of motion.
  • Movable Thumb Base Joint: Supports more natural hand movements, such as the “V-sign” gesture and gripping actions.
  • Reverse Bending Function: Each finger can bend backward toward the dorsum like a real human finger.
  • Anti-Puncture Fingertips: The fingertips are wrapped in soft material to prevent the skeleton from piercing the silicone/TPE surface.

What are the differences between GraceJoint and Articulated Finger Joints?

1.2 Articulated Finger Joints

This is Irontech Doll’s first-generation bionic finger skeleton, suitable for all series. Although an early design, it remains practical and reliable. Its features include:

  • Bionic Finger Design: Modeled after real human hand bones, movements are close to reality.
  • 21 Movable Joints: Provides rich possibilities for hand poses, meeting most posing needs.

1.3 Copper Wire

This finger skeleton does not have independent joints but uses copper wire as the finger skeleton. Suitable for all series, it has remained irreplaceable for many years due to the following advantage:

  • Unlimited Flexibility: Without joint constraints, the fingers can be posed in any shape freely.

1.4 Hand Skeleton Usage and Maintenance Guide

  • When moving the palm up, down, left, or right, please hold the entire palm to adjust. Avoid applying force to a single finger, as this may cause deformation or breakage of the finger bones.
  • Control Range of Motion:For a more realistic experience, the GraceJoint is designed with a bending range similar to that of a human body. Forcing it beyond its natural limit may cause damage to the product.
  • Avoid Bearing Weight: Do not let the doll support body weight with palms or fingers for a long time. When doing poses like Doggy Style, use cushions or supports.
  • Gentle Posing: Adjust poses slowly and gently. Avoid strong or rapid twisting to extend the product’s lifespan.
  • Storage: When not in use for long periods, avoid keeping the fingers in extreme bending positions. It is best to lay the hands flat in a natural position to prevent long-term stress on the skeleton and to avoid deformation or tearing of the silicone due to prolonged stretching.
  • High-Frequency Users: Choosing the more durable GraceJoint ,Articulated Finger Joints and Hard Hand can reduce the risk of skeleton damage.

2. Body Skeleton

The Body Skeleton is the metal structure embedded in the doll’s torso and limbs, used to control the sex doll’s body movements. It is one of the most core components of the doll. The skeleton’s quality not only determines pose flexibility but also directly affects the doll’s service life. Therefore, the skeleton must be both strong and durable. Through multiple upgrades and rigorous extreme testing, we ensure that the doll’s skeleton is resilient and reliable.

An excellent body skeleton should have structural stability, flexible movement, smooth operation, and long-lasting durability.

Irontech Doll currently offers two body skeletons: EVO Skeleton and Standard Skeleton.

2.1 EVO Skeleton

The EVO (Evolution) Skeleton is Irontech Doll’s most advanced skeleton to date and has the following features and advantages:

  • Double Gear Knee Joints: Provide a larger range of motion, theoretically allowing 180° folding (actual range may be limited by silicone thickness).
  • Movable Shoulder Design: Shoulders can lift, slightly adduct, and abduct, making movements closer to real human actions.
  • High-Strength Skeleton Material: Made of 201 stainless steel, offering excellent compressive and bending strength.
  • Wear-Resistant Joint System: Uses manganese steel alloy washers + high-strength bolts, which are more wear-resistant and less prone to loosening than ordinary bolts, greatly extending skeleton lifespan.

There are two skeleton tension options available: Normal Skeleton and Loose Skeleton.
For those who prefer less effort when posing, the Loose Skeleton is a good choice; however, it cannot hold the doll in a fixed position like the Normal Skeleton.

2.2 Standard Skeleton

This is the older version of Irontech Doll’s Standard Skeleton. Although it is now rarely used, it still offers the advantages of strength and durability.

  • Made of 201 stainless steel, providing excellent compressive and bending strength.
  • Uses manganese steel alloy washers + high-strength bolts as doll “joints,” which are more resistant to long-term wear and loosening, significantly extending the doll’s lifespan.

2.3 Body Skeleton Usage and Maintenance Guide

  • Moderate Range of Motion: Avoid forcibly bending beyond joint limits to prevent skeleton damage or silicone/TPE tearing.
  • Adjusting Limbs: When adjusting, hold the doll with one hand while moving the limb with the other at the distal end; this saves effort and reduces joint stress.
  • Operate in a Lying Position: Adjust the doll while lying down to avoid unstable positioning, falls, or damage.
  • Support for Special Poses: When making the doll stand or perform other special poses, ensure sufficient support to prevent falls.
  • Avoid Violent Handling: Do not throw, lift roughly, or press the doll forcefully to avoid damaging welds or bolts.
  • Storage Position: Lay the doll flat when storing to reduce local stress on joints and skin. When lying flat, place soft padding under the waist and legs to prevent prolonged pressure on the Gel Butt, which may cause deformation. If possible, it is best to hang the doll using the M16 hook.
  • Avoid Excessive Weight: Avoid subjecting the doll to prolonged pressure, such as standing for long periods or placing high pressure on the feet.

3. Toe Skeleton

The Toe Skeleton refers to copper wires embedded inside the doll’s toes, allowing them to maintain specific poses. This is an important upgrade for foot fetish users or photographers.

Note: Due to the doll’s weight or design limitations, the following silicone doll models currently do not support Toe Skeleton:
148P, 153cm, 162cm, 166cm, 168cm, 170cm Male, 176cm Male

4. Skeleton Evolution
