You can pay with your Credit Card or Debit Card directly. Accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and China UnionPay payments from customers worldwide.

If payment failed, you could try the following methods to complete your purchase:

  • Call your bank to increase your Credit Card limit.
  • Check with your bank if your card can accept International Payment.
  • Call your bank to approve your payment.
  • If your card is Japan Credit Bureau (JCB), please select PayPal and then pay with the credit options of PayPal.

If you prefer PayPal payment and have PayPal account, pay directly with the balance in your account. You can also link your bank account to your PayPal account, and then you will find that E-Cheque is available.

What is Klarna?

Klarna is a Swedish financial technology company that offers payment services to consumers and merchants. It allows shoppers to pay for goods and services in several ways:

  • Pay Later: Customers can receive their items and pay for them at a later date, typically within 14 or 30 days.
  • Pay in Installments: Customers can split the cost of their purchase into multiple, interest-free installments (usually over a few weeks or months).

Klarna offers several flexible payment options for customers. Here are the main ones:

1. Pay in 4 Installments (interest-free)

Customers can split the total cost into 3 or 4 equal payments. The first payment is made at checkout, with the remaining payments automatically deducted every 2 weeks or monthly, depending on the specific offer.

Pay in 30 Days allows you to pay for your purchase up to 30 days after it has been shipped. There’s no need for upfront payment, no interest, and no fees as long as you pay on time.

Klarna’s flexible financing option, available at checkout, lets you pay for your purchases over time through an open-end line of credit issued by WebBank in partnership with Klarna. Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • A valid phone number and email address are required.
  • A residential address in the US or EU.
  • A US-issued or EU-issued debit or credit card.
  • Debit/credit cards remain valid for 60 days from the purchase date.

Why does my payment fail?

There could be several different reasons you’re seeing a decline error message or your payment won’t go through.

  • Your Credit Card or Debit Card issues (such as an invalid card, expired card, the amount exceeds, the card is disabled, etc.)
  • Your Credit Card or Debit Card issues with International transactions (Ensure the buyer credit cards and debit cards are allowed to buy online from overseas merchants)
  • If you are receiving a receipt error for a PayPal order then likely there is an issue with your PayPal funding source. Please contact PayPal.com support for more information.
  • Credit cards or billing address info. does not match that on file with the bank.(such as expired credit card, card number, billing zip code, CVV/CVC)
  • Please double check the credit card information you have entered and make sure your billing address matches this information exactly. If this is the case, you should contact your bank for additional assistance.

If your payment won’t process with your bank account or you’re still having problems with your card, try:

  • Call your Credit Card or Debit Card issuing bank to let them know that the payment was made by yourself. Your payment will definitely be approved if the issuing bank receives your phone.
  • Changing your payment method at checkout. If you only have one payment method linked to your PayPal account, you’ll need to add another payment method before you can do this. You can add a credit or debit card or add your bank account. Both options are quick and easy and will give you more flexibility at checkout.
  • Confirming your email address or phone number is entered correctly. Make sure you have finished registering for PayPal account by confirming your information. A payment will fail if you haven’t completed this process.
  • If there are no such problems, please contact us and provide your order number, name and email address, error notification and error screenshots, we will check the details and assist you to proceed with your order.
